Actually I'm the one who fails...epically. They're both valid PCI slots, the one on the top is 5V and the one on the bottom is 3.3V. Whoops.

Hey Alex, anytime I've just started and you've been more than helpful to this point!

I'm probably going to be looking into fall of 2010 but not 100% positive yet. I was also thinking of taking little trips around the US to get the 1 bag packing thing down. :).

Will keep you updated as I check places out and as my plans change!

First off - thanks for the mention and high praise bud. Really appreciate it!

It's going to be an amazing experience for you. There's a certain calm and inner self confidence in one's self that you really only get from traveling alone. It's amazing and the general concept behind the old Australian "walk about" you really do have the chance to "find" yourself and become comfortable in your core confidence in your ability to face interesting situations, keep your head and resolve them.

Pull up google earth, turn on the images/photo overlay and explore a few places in different countries you think you might want to see.

Also, keep in mind time of year!

Yeah I've heard from a couple of people that the UK is a good place to start and it's on the top of my list so I may go there. It probably depends on my fundage though because I've also heard its a bit more expensive due to the USD -> Pound Conversion compared to the USD -> Euro Conversion.
